About Lindsey Harmon

Lindsey Harmon founded Junto Strategies in 2025 to bring more than two decades of experience in strategic planning, organizing, and power-building to Nevada’s public affairs landscape. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada and President of Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom, where she directed all 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), and PAC activities for the organizations. During her tenure, she led successful efforts to advance more than 15 reproductive healthcare bills, multiple regulatory amendments, and two constitutional amendments. In 2024, Nevada voters approved the constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion (Question 6) with more than 64% of the vote, making it the most successful abortion-rights ballot initiative in the nation at that time. As a registered lobbyist, Harmon brings a distinctive combination of legislative expertise and strategic political insight. Her experience navigating the intersection of public policy, advocacy, and electoral politics enables her to develop and execute effective public affairs strategies that drive meaningful and lasting change.

Prior to her work at PPVNV, she spent over a decade working as the Executive Director for Connect Nevada, a project which worked to bring broadband to some of the most frontier communities in the state. Appointed by then Governor Brian Sandoval, Lindsey Harmon worked to organize local, mostly frontier communities, in an effort to inform both short and long term solutions to deploy broadband to some of the most challenging geographies in the state. Specifically, this work included the development of 17 local plans developed with local stakeholders which culminated in a state-wide broadband plan with policy suggestions and financial allotments for approval by the state legislature. This work also included serving as an intermediary between private carriers and state/federal agencies to advance projects quickly to align with federal spending guidelines. She is a proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, and a lifelong Reno, Nevada resident where she resides with her dogs Dolly and Loretta and a revolving door of foster dogs.

Lindsey's motto:

“After all, Ginger Rogers did everything that Fred Astaire did. She just did it backwards and in high heels.” - Ann Richards, Governor of Texas
